Parkour: endurance, burst and technique

Today’s practice was composed of some 11 minutes of running, followed by a little walking to get the kinks out of my calves, and then technique/burst training: starting from a drop, I run to jump on to a bench, and then drop from the bench and run to the ledge. Back and forth. After 5 times back and force, I was tired enough and I got a good stitch in the side, and decided to call it a night. Walked back home, had a cool down.
